At LuxeDrop Collective, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a clear and fair return and exchange policy.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The item must not be from the non-returnable categories listed below
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beauty and personal care products (for hygiene reasons) once opened
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items purchased during special sales or promotional events (unless defective)
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Return

- Attach clear photos of the item and its condition
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to the account details provided by you. We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange an item (for example, a different colour or variant), contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item costs more, you will be asked to pay the difference.
